Started in early !990 with a paltry kshs 3000 as capital, its current Chairman has been able to turn it around. First it was a kiosk then with time grew to a wholesale shop near the District Commissioner's office. Through dedication Richard Mwangi Ngugi who is the current Chairman narrates how he has had to work hard and wake up at odd morning hours to ensure the business is budding. Now with wings spread the business has subsidiaries in agriculture, real estate, hotel, bakery,construction and transport. Most notable is their new hypermarket covering 50000 square feet located in Kimilili near the police station. Business is good with the Chairman having grip in fertilizer distributorship and seed agency. The firm is growing and its worth is estimated to be nearing ksh.3oo million by now.Soon to come on their newly  aqcuired piece of land is a shopping mall and a five star hotel.
